You spend enough money on your vacations to be able to plan them your way. Whether you prefer for me to handle every detail, from shuttle transportation and pre-cruise room stays, or remain in the wings while you plan the majority of your trip, I’m here to accommodate your needs.

Is a Disney Cruise Right for My Family?
Common question: Why do a Disney Cruise rather than other cruise lines?
Answer: For some families Disney Cruise Line is the perfect fit. For other’s, it’s not. And with the cost of vacations these days, it’s important knowing upfront “what you’re paying for.” Here’s my general advice:
DCL is great for travelers who prioritize:
- Best-in-class kids programming and activities
- Unparalleled service, from the moment you step onto the ship to the moment you disembark (if you need it/want it, they try to make it happen)
- Top-of-the-line cleanliness and family friendliness (no rowdy crowds)
- Award-winning dining with immersive theming and dinner shows
- Larger-than-average cabin space
- Disney-themed deck parties, film screenings, and character greets
- Soda packages included in cost of sailing
- 24/7 free room service
- Assistance with medically fragile guests or dietary/allergy restrictions
- Fellow guests and crew who understand family dynamics and operate in a judgment-free zone
DCL is not a great fit for travelers who prioritize:
- Kids-free vacations
- On-board casinos and ample smoking sections
- Private island water parks (Disney has entertainment-rich private islands, but they lack massive water parks)
- Onboard shopping (DCL offers onboard shops, but they are not as numerous as other cruise lines)
- Quick in-and-out dinner options
